This collaboration showed the transition between Winter and Spring. We were incredibly lucky to have so much sunshine on a crisp February day.
The brief included a fresh colour scheme of green and white with a key focus on nature. In addition a stone-like texture as well as embossed grasses and flowers were added to the cake to complement the surroundings. Delicate design features such as these come into their own when the cake is viewed up close. The cake design carried on through to the favours which were placed on moss, again drawing inspiration from the surrounding gardens and floristry.
